"The Caribbean Getaway Contest"
Official Contest Rules and Regulations

CONTEST DESCRIPTION
1. "The Caribbean Getaway Contest" begins on June 15, 2009 at 3:00:01 PM ET and concludes July 26, 2009 at 11:59:59 PM ET, the Contest Closing Date.

ELIGIBILITY
2. This Contest is open to residents of Canada excluding Quebec who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence as of the first day of the Contest, excluding employees of the Contest Sponsors (collectively known as YoWinner.com, Travelonly.com, Urbanmoms.com, Vitamindaily.com and Gorilla Nation), their parent and affiliated companies, representatives, dealers and agents, Contest suppliers and judges, and those with whom they are domiciled. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

HOW TO ENTER
3. To enter for a chance to win, visit www.yowinner.com, complete the online entry form in full and submit as instructed by the Contest Closing Date. No other form of entry will be eligible. No purchase is required to enter. Only one (1) entry per person, household and/or email address will be accepted throughout the duration of the contest. Multiple entries of any kind by the same person will be disqualified.

GRAND PRIZE
4. There is one (1) Grand Prize to be awarded consisting of a three thousand dollar ($3000) Travelonly travel voucher made payable in the winner’s name as it appears on his/her contest entry form that may be used only against the purchase of a Signature Vacation package to the Caribbean through Travelonly. Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $3,000 CDN. All expenses involved in claiming and/or participation in the prize which are not specified above are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner must depart from and return to the same major International airport nearest to the winner’s home served by Signature Vacations. Winner will be responsible for ground transportation to and from the airport meals, drinks, tips, gratuities, applicable taxes, hotel services if applicable (unless otherwise covered in the prize as expressly specifically in the prize description above), travel and medical insurance, additional spending money, personal expenses, incidentals and all other expenses that are not expressly specified. Travel must be completed prior to November 1, 2009 failing which the prize will be forfeited. No changes are permitted and if the winner is not able to travel after booking, no re-booking dates will be granted and the prize will be forfeited. The Contest Sponsors does not assume responsibility for cancelled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled trips/events for any reason whatsoever. The winner must ensure that all their travel insurance and travel documentation such as passports and visas are in good order and are valid prior to and for the duration of the trip. The Sponsors is not responsible for denied entry into the visiting country and re-entry into Canada. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable or convertible to cash. No substitution except in the Sponsors’ sole discretion.

DRAW
6. A random draw will be conducted for the Grand Prize by Promodem Media, the independent judging organization on or about July 27, 2009 at 2:00pm. The draw will be held in Uxbridge, Ontario, from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The selected entrant is required to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question in order to be eligible to win.

GENERAL
7. In order to be declared a winner by the Contest judges, a potential winner must be in compliance with these Official Contest Rules and Regulations and, in particular, the following: selected entrant must first correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by mail, e-mail or telephone. Prize winner will be notified by mail, email or telephone and will be required to sign and return a declaration of eligibility and a liability/publicity release within ten (10) business days of notification. If the selected prize winner cannot be contacted by mail, email or telephone or fails to return the Contest documents within the specified time, he/she will forfeit their prize and an alternate winner will be randomly selected. Contest judges' rulings are final and without appeal in all matters related to the Contest and the awarding of the Grand Prize.

8. If a potential or declared winner is not in compliance with these official Contest rules and regulations, the Contest judges reserve the right to disqualify such entrant from the Contest and randomly select further entrant from the remaining eligible entries until a winner is finally declared.

9. All entries that are incomplete, illegible, damaged, irregular, have been submitted through illicit means, or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of the official Contest rules and regulations may be disqualified by the Sponsors. Sponsors will not be responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, misdirected, late or destroyed entries, or for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems or servers, computer software problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website and assumes no liability for damage to entrant's or any person's computer resulting from participating in the Contest. Sponsors are not responsible for any errors or omissions in printing or advertising this Contest. All entries become the property of the Sponsors and will not be returned. All entries made by robotic or other automated means will be disqualified.

10. Sponsorss will collect, use and disclose the personal information that you provide on the entry form for the purpose of administering this Contest and prize fulfillment. Your personal information will not be used or disclosed for any other purpose without your consent whether on the entry form or otherwise. 11. By entering this Contest, entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsors, its advertising and promotional agencies and the Contest judge(s), Promodem Media (the prize administration and fulfillment company), their affiliates and respective directors, officers, owners, partners, employees, agents, dealers, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively the “Releasees”) from any liability in connection with this Contest or, if declared a winner, the prize. Before being declared a winner, the entrant may be required to sign and return, within a stipulated period of time, a declaration of eligibility and a full liability and publicity release. By accepting a prize, winner consents to the use of his/her name, place of residence, voice, statements, photographs or other likenesses for publicity, advertising or informational purposes in any medium or format without further compensation or notice.

12. The Sponsors assume no responsibility for failure of the Internet or the Website during the promotional period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material in the promotion. Sponsors reserves the right to cancel or suspend this Contest should a virus, bug or other cause beyond its reasonable control corrupt the security or proper administration of the Contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsors reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.

If the identity of an entrant is disputed, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant. The individual assigned to the e-mail address for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address is considered the authorized account holder. A selected entrant may be required to provide proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the selected entry. The sole determinant of time for the purposes of receipt of a valid entry in this Contest will be the Contest’s server machine(s).
